The only availability we have from coaches are those dates highlighted in green. If the day is not highlighted, we do not have any availability. We continually reach out to coaches for dates, but this is very difficult when the competition season is in full swing. We will endeavour to get more dates available as soon as possible.

YOU CAN NOW BOOK 1-2-1 COACHING WITH THE NEW BOOKING SYSTEM ABOVE!

1-2-1 Coaching is the perfect option if you are looking for some personal training with an experienced coach to help you progress your skills. It costs from £30/hour and can be organised for a time that suits you within our normal opening hours.

Please note: Bookings must be made at least 48 hours before the time of the coaching session. If you wish to cancel a booking, a full refund will be issued up to 72 hours before the session, if you cancel within 72 hours 50% will be refunded.
