What is Bungee Fitness?

Bungee Fitness is a fun, high-energy workout using a harness and bungee cord system. It combines resistance, cardio, and strength training with low-impact movement, great for building fitness while being easy on your joints.

How do I book and renew?

You'll book monthly through our online booking system above. Once you've booked, your spot is reserved for the same time slot each week during the month you've booked. To keep your spot for the following month, be sure to rebook as early as possible as if a class reaches full capacity and new members join, you may lose your place.

Is there free on-site parking?

Yes! We have plenty of FREE on-site parking available; however, if you ever find our car park is full, there is further free parking available on Priors Haw Road (30-second walk from our entrance).

Do you need to be a member?

Yes. Every person who attends Bungee Fitness needs to be a member; you can sign up for FREE using the registration form above. If you already have a membership with either Active In Motion or Adrenaline Alley you do NOT need to do it again.

How much does it cost?

Each session costs £7. You book for a month at a time, so if there are 4 weeks in the month, you’ll pay £28 (4 x £7). This secures your space in the same session each week. If you join partway through the month, the fee is adjusted automatically, and you will only pay for the remaining sessions that month.

Can I switch time slots or classes after booking?

Class bookings are for a specific timeslot and day each week. If you need to change, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you based on availability. You can email [email protected] or call 01536 216870.

Do I need to complete any forms before attending?

Yes, in addition to registering for a membership to book (should you not already have one), you will be required to fill out a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) on arrival before your first session.

Are there any health conditions that might stop me from taking part?

Yes. For your safety, you must contact us prior to booking any Bungee Fitness Class by emailing [email protected] if you have any of the following without medical clearance:

- Pregnancy or recent postpartum recovery
- Recent surgery (especially abdominal, spine, or joints)
- Heart conditions or uncontrolled blood pressure
- Hernias, scoliosis, or spinal disorders
- Severe joint or musculoskeletal issues
- Vertigo, motion sickness, or seizure disorders
- Severe obesity (weight limits apply for equipment safety) 145Kgs is the maximum weight
- Respiratory conditions (e.g., asthma, COPD)
- Uncontrolled diabetes
- Eye surgery
- Cancer within the last 12 months

Please speak to us BEFORE booking your session if you have any of the above conditions. If anything is picked up in your health questionnaire, you may be told that you cannot partake in the session and all bookings are non-refundable.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable workout gear and supportive trainers. We recommend wearing a fitted top under your harness and long leggings or shorts with good coverage for comfort.

Is Bungee Fitness suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Our sessions are designed to be accessible and can be adapted for all fitness levels. You’ll be guided by trained instructors in a safe, supportive environment.

What’s the age limit for classes?

Participants must be 16+ unless otherwise specified in special youth/family sessions (coming soon!).

How many classes are available each week?

We offer 10 different class times per week. Check our timetable and booking system above for full details and availability.

How long are class sessions?

All Bungee Fitness class sessions are 1 hour in duration.

What are our opening times?
