PLEASE DO NOT BOOK UNDER SOMEBODY ELSE'S MEMBERSHIP NUMBER, IT IS ESSENTIAL WE HAVE THE CORRECT DETAILS FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL ATTENDING. THIS INCLUDES NOT BOOKING A SESSION UNDER THE NAME OF AN ACCOMPANYING ADULT OR BOOKING A SPECTATOR UNDER THE NAME OF THE RIDER/SKATER.

Hire Equipment

All our equipment can be hired at reception on arrival, it is not possible to book equipment in advance. 

HOW TO BOOK

TO BOOK FOR YOURSELF:

1. Log into your account with your membership number & password.
2. Select the date you wish to book on the calendar.
3. Select the 'BOOK MY SESSION' icon beside the session or spectator pass you wish to book (remove any incorrect bookings with the 'x'). 
4. If required, you can add other member(s) using the steps below and/or additional dates with the calendar.
5. Once everything you are looking to book is in the 'BASKET SUMMARY', hit 'CONTINUE' to complete your booking. Payment is via PayPal but having a PayPal account is NOT required if you select 'Pay by Debit or Credit Card'. 
6. Following payment, you'll receive a confirmation email and the booking(s) will appear in your account. 

TO BOOK FOR OTHER MEMBERS OR TO ADD OTHER MEMBERS TO YOUR BOOKING:

1. Ensure you have the membership number(s) for the individual(s) you want to book. If they do not have a membership number, they will need to register first => HERE.
2. Once logged into your account, select the date you wish to book on the calendar.
3. To add another participant, select the 'ADD ANOTHER MEMBER' icon beside the session you wish to book for, enter their membership number, and hit the '+'. To add another spectator, select the 'ADD ANOTHER SPECTATOR' icon beside the spectator booking option, enter their membership number, and hit the '+'. Repeat this process to add further participants or spectators (remove any incorrect bookings with the 'x').
4. If required, you can add additional dates with the calendar. 
5. Once everything you are looking to book is in the 'BASKET SUMMARY', hit 'CONTINUE' to complete your booking. Payment is via PayPal but having a PayPal account is NOT required if you select 'Pay by Debit or Credit Card'. 
6. Following payment, you'll receive a confirmation email and the booking(s) will appear in your account.

If you've followed the steps above and still require help with your booking, please call us during our opening hours. We kindly request calling after 13:00, as this allows our team time to process entry queues. You can find our opening times/days => HERE

Refund Policy

Sessions, including pre-booked sessions, or sessions booked online, cannot be refunded once booking has been confirmed.
