CAN I RIDE OR SPECTATE WITHOUT SIGNING UP?

NO. All participants spectating or riding must be registered online. You can register at the facility but you may experience a delay in gaining entry. We advise you register prior to visiting. REMEMBER - bring your membership with you on every visit;

HOW SOON BEFORE MY SESSION CAN I PRE-BOOK?

For all park sessions you can book up to 11:00 on the day of your session. For private hire - Bookings must be made and paid in full up to 1 week prior to your booking date. Private hire can be limited due to demand and we advise you to book as early as possible, preferably one month in advance, to avoid disappointment. Click here to check availability.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT FOR PARTICIPANTS?

No. However, we recommend young people under the age of 12,  or participants with a medical condition or a disability, are accompanied by an adult. Please note - Adrenaline Alley does not supervise individuals but staff do patrol all buildings.

CAN I BOOK FOR MORE THAN ONE MEMBER?

YES. You will need individual membership numbers for each person you add to your booking - including Spectators

WHERE CAN I PARK?

We have a main car park with an electric charging point outside reception & a smaller car park in front of Building 3. Please park responsibly & try not to park on the road due to industrial traffic. People using the car parks do so at their own risk. Adrenaline Alley® will not take responsibility for any damage caused to parked vehicles.

DO YOU HAVE WI-FI?

YES. Free public WiFi is available throughout the park. Log into Alley Public.

HOW MUCH DOES MEMBERSHIP COST?

Standard membership is FREE once you have signed up. It allows you to ride the park, pre-book sessions, visit members areas, and a number of other great features exclusive to Gold members. We offer a gold membership option for £25. Gold memberships are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and allow you to save up to 40% on sessions, events or private hire.

DO I HAVE TO WEAR A HELMET?

We strongly recommend satisfactory safety equipment is worn by all participants including helmets, wrist guards & knee pads. Please ensure you watch our safety video before attending by visiting our safety video page

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU HAVE FOR HIRE?

We hire out a 16/18/20” BMX bikes, skateboards, inline blades, helmets and safety pads. You can either pre-book your equipment when you book your session or pay on the day at reception. See the equipment hire list for details

DO YOU HAVE A CAFE?

YES. Our 2 floor Cafe is situated in building 2 next to reception. Go to our home page for more info.

DO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TO RIDE THE OTHER BUILDINGS?

No. Our door fee covers all open areas of the park.

WHEN ARE THE DIRT JUMPS OPEN?

During daylight & Park opening hours. Weather permitting.
