CAN I RIDE/SKATE WITHOUT SIGNING UP?

NO. All participants must be registered online. Without registering you will not be able to book a session.

Please note: Under normal circumstances spectators also have to be registered and booked-in but as a Coronavirus measure, spectators are currenly not able to enter park areas. 

HOW MUCH DOES MEMBERSHIP COST?

Standard membership is FREE once you have signed up. It allows you to ride the park, book sessions and a number of other great features. We also highly recommend our Gold membership option for £25. Gold memberships are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and save you up to £3 per session with even bigger savings on events and private hire.

DO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TO RIDE THE OTHER BUILDINGS?

No. Our entry fee covers all open areas of the park.

CAN I PAY ON THE DOOR?

For now, we are taking ONLINE BOOKINGS ONLY, paying on the door is NOT possible. You can book anytime up to the moment you enter but as we currently have a limited capacity we advise avoiding disappointment by booking in advance. CLICK HERE TO BOOK NOW!

HOW DO I BOOK ONLINE?

1) CLICK BOOK NOW

2) LOGIN - You will need to register if you are not yet a member. If you have forgotten your membership ID or password, click 'forgot ID' and/or 'forgot password' accordingly (check junk mailbox if you don't recieve an email).

3) ADD SESSION(S)/EVENT(S) TO BASKET -  for yourself & any other members you are booking for. Use the calandar to select required date.

4) ADD ANY EXTRAS - e.g. a meal deal

5) PAY - via paypal

6) CONFIRMATION - You will then recieve a confirmation email. 

WHAT'S THE LATEST I CAN BOOK A SESSION?

For all sessions and events, you can book up to the moment you enter but as we are currently operating at a limited capacity we strongly advise avoiding disappointment by booking in advance. For private hire - Bookings must be made and paid in full up to 1 week prior to your booking date. Private hire can be limited due to demand so again we advise you to book as early as possible.

CAN I BOOK FOR MORE THAN ONE MEMBER?

YES. You will need individual membership numbers for each person you add to your booking.

CAN I BOOK UNDER SOMEONE ELSE'S MEMBERSHIP?

Each visitor must be booked under their own membership. Do not book a session for someone under the membership of their parent, offspring, sibling or friend. You can add more than one member to a booking but each membership number must be that of the person that will be visiting. 

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT FOR PARTICIPANTS?

No. In normal circumstances, we would advise that participants under the age of 12 or with a medical condition or disability are accompanied by an adult, however, as a coronavirus measure, spectators are currently not allowed to enter park areas so we cannot admit children that require supervision at this timeDisabled participants with carers are requested to email enquiries@adrenalinealley.co.uk before booking.

Adrenaline Alley does not supervise individuals but staff do patrol all buildings.

CAN I SPECTATE IF I'M NOT RIDING/SKATING?

NO SPECTATORS are able to enter park areas until we can increase visitor numbers.

We have provided comfortable seating areas for parents/guardians in our reception and in a marquee next to our outdoor plaza. Parents/Guardians are currently NOT REQUIRED TO BOOK and also have access to our Cafe, Grind Bar, WCs and free WIFI. This means you can relax at the facility while the kids are riding/skating. As soon as restrictions are lifted we will endeavour to reopen our cafe seating areas and spectator access to park areas.

MY CHILD REQUIRES SUPERVISION, CAN THEY STILL PARTICIPATE?

Children who require supervision cannot participate until spectator restrictions can be lifted.

HOW DO YOU ACCOMODATE FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS WHILE THERE IS NO SPECTATOR ACCESS TO PARK AREAS?

As spectators are currently not able to access park areas, parents/guardians do NOT have to book to access our comfy seating areas, cafe (takeaway only), WCs and free WIFI.

CAN PARENTS/GUARDIANS SIT IN THE CAFE SEATING AREA?

No, the Cafe is currently takeaway only and the seating area is closed, however, We have provided comfortable seating areas for parents/guardians in our reception and in a marquee next to our outdoor plaza. Parents/Guardians have access to our Cafe, Grind Bar, WCs and free WIFI. This means you can relax at the facility while the kids are riding/skating. As soon as restrictions are lifted we will endeavour to reopen our cafe seating areas.

DO YOU HAVE WI-FI?

YES. Free public WiFi is available throughout the park. Log into Alley Public.

DO YOU HAVE A CAFE?

YES. Our 2 floor Cafe is situated in building 2 next to reception. As a social distancing measure, it is currently operating for takeaway only and serving a NEW MENU of delicious sub sandwich meal deals. This does mean that the Cafe seating areas are currently inaccessible. Click 'THE ALLEY CAFE' on our home page for more info.

DO I HAVE TO WEAR A MASK?

Masks must be worn by everyone and in all areas except when riding/skating on the parks (excluding those with a valid exemption).

DO I HAVE TO WEAR A HELMET?

We strongly recommend satisfactory safety equipment is worn by all participants including helmets, wrist guards & knee pads. Please ensure you watch our safety video before attending by visiting our safety video page

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU HAVE FOR HIRE?

For hygine reasons our hire equipment service is currently unavailable. When we can relax our covid-19 measures we will resume hiring out 16/18/20” BMX bikes, skateboards, inline blades, helmets and safety pads.

ARE THE FOAM PITS OPEN?

No, our foam pit in building 2 has been temporarily transformed into an awesome step-up and the new foam pit in building 1 will not be opened until measures can be relaxed.

WHEN IS THE  PLAZA & PUMP TRACK OPEN?

During daylight & Park opening hours. Weather permitting.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

We have plenty of onsite parking available. The main car park is situated directly outside our reception and includes an electric charging point. We also have further parking available next to the main enterance and a large overflow car park behind Building 3. Please park responsibly & try not to park on the road due to industrial traffic. People using the car parks do so at their own risk. Adrenaline Alley® will not take responsibility for any damage caused to parked vehicles.
