Frequently Asked Questions

CAN I PAY ON THE DOOR?

We are now taking payment for entry on the door subject to space availability, however, we strongly advise BOOKING ONLINE in advance. Booking online guarantees your entry for sessions that may sell out and provides you with a much faster entry process ahead of those paying on arrival (this means less queuing and more riding/skating!)

You can book online anytime up to the moment you enter but due to our session capacities, we recommend avoiding disappointment by booking in advance. CLICK HERE TO BOOK NOW!

Should you opt for paying on the door and have concerns about if space will be available, you can see how many spaces are available on each session by viewing the calendar on our booking system (click here) 

HOW DO I BOOK ONLINE?

1) CLICK BOOK NOW

2) LOGIN - You will need to register if you are not yet a member. If you have forgotten your membership ID or password, click 'forgot ID' and/or 'forgot password' accordingly (check junk mailbox if you don't recieve an email).

3) ADD SESSION(S)/EVENT(S) TO BASKET -  for yourself & any other members you are booking for. Use the calandar to select required date.

4) ADD ANY EXTRAS - e.g. a meal deal

5) PAY - via paypal

6) CONFIRMATION - You will then recieve a confirmation email. 

CAN I SPECTATE IF I'M NOT RIDING/SKATING?

OF COURSE! We just ask that ALL spectators are registered members (register here for a free membership) and book in advance online or at reception on arrival for £1 (booking online is advised for speedy entry).

Please be aware that spectators are restricted to viewing areas only.

DO PARENTS/GUARDIANS NEED TO BOOK AS SPECTATORS?

Yes, ALL parents/guardians are required to book in as spectators for £1 in order to stay in the facility and enter park areas. The best way to do this is via our online booking system as it will allow for speedy entry, however, you can also book in as a spectator when you arrive.

CAN I RIDE/SKATE WITHOUT SIGNING UP?

NO. All participants and spectators must be registered online. Without registering you will not be able to book.

CAN I STILL EARN/USE LOYALTY POINTS?

Our loyalty point system has been temporarily suspended during the pandemic to enable us to restructure our session times and prices. We are hoping to get this system back up and running soon so we can continue rewarding our customers. Any loyalty points you have on your account will still be valid once the system is back in place. 

HOW MUCH DOES MEMBERSHIP COST?

Standard membership is FREE once you have signed up. It allows you to ride the park, book sessions and a number of other great features. We also highly recommend our Gold membership option for £25. Gold memberships are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and save you up to £3 per session with even bigger savings on events and private hire.

WHAT'S THE LATEST I CAN BOOK A SESSION?

For all sessions and events, you can book up to the moment you enter but as we are currently operating at a limited capacity we strongly advise avoiding disappointment by booking in advance. For private hire - Bookings must be made and paid in full up to 1 week prior to your booking date. Private hire can be limited due to demand so again we advise you to book as early as possible.

DO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TO RIDE THE OTHER BUILDINGS?

No. Our entry fee covers all open areas of the park.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT FOR PARTICIPANTS?

No. However, we strongly advise that participants under the age of 12 or with a medical condition or disability are accompanied by an adult who has booked as a spectator.

Adrenaline Alley does not supervise individuals but staff do patrol all buildings.

CAN I BOOK FOR MORE THAN ONE MEMBER?

YES. You will need individual membership numbers for each person you add to your booking.

CAN I BOOK UNDER SOMEONE ELSE'S MEMBERSHIP?

Each visitor must be booked under their own membership. Do not book a session for someone under the membership of their parent, offspring, sibling or friend. You can add more than one member to a booking but each membership number must be that of the person that will be visiting. 

ARE THE FOAM PITS OPEN?

Yes, both of our foam pits have now reopened!

DO YOU HAVE WI-FI?

YES. Free public WiFi is available throughout the park. Log into Alley Public.

DO YOU HAVE A DINER?

YES. Our new DROP-IN DINER is now open and offering both eat-in and takeaway services. CHECK IT OUT!

DO I HAVE TO WEAR A HELMET?

We strongly recommend satisfactory safety equipment is worn by all participants including helmets, wrist guards & knee pads. Please ensure you watch our safety video before attending by visiting our safety video page

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU HAVE FOR HIRE?

We hire out 16/18/20” BMX bikes, scooters, skateboards, inline blades, helmets and safety pads.

We are ensuring all our hire equipment is hygienic and safe to use, therefore it is not currently available for online booking. However, our equipment can be hired at reception on arrival (subject to availability).

WHEN IS THE  PLAZA & PUMP TRACK OPEN?

During daylight & Park opening hours. Weather permitting.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

We have plenty of onsite parking available. The main car park is situated directly outside our reception and includes an electric charging point. We also have further parking available next to the main enterance and a large overflow car park behind Building 3. Please park responsibly & try not to park on the road due to industrial traffic. People using the car parks do so at their own risk. Adrenaline Alley® will not take responsibility for any damage caused to parked vehicles.
