Thank you for all your support during these challenging times.

Your safety is our priority. The following temporary measures and guidelines must be followed when you attend. Please read these guidelines so we can remain open and safe for all our customers and staff.

• Social distancing; Sessions are limited capacity and are strictly online bookings only. Avoid disappointment and book online in advance. Our booking calendar will show you how many spaces remain for each session and when they have sold out. No Facial Recognition required.
• No door sales.
• Do not attend if experiencing any COVID – 19 symptoms including a temperature, new continuous cough or loss/change of your sense of smell/taste. Stay at home and self-isolate.
• Maintain 1M+ distance at all times. Take extra care when waiting your turn or while crossing paths in the corridors between the buildings.
• Wash and sanitize your hands regularly and use the hand sanitation stations provided each time you enter or leave an area. Avoid physical contact with others such as high fives and fist pumps.
• Masks should be worn in all areas except when riding/skating on the parks.
• Hire equipment is unavailable, bring everything you need with you, including safety wear.
• Do not share equipment during your session, including cameras and mobile phones.
• No Spectators until visitor numbers are increased. However, we will provide an area with access to our café, free WIFI and WC’s for parents/guardians.
• Children who require supervision cannot participate until spectator restrictions can be lifted.
• Ride/Skate within your ability. Avoid putting the NHS under any more pressure.
• The Alley Café will be open for takeaway only. We have a delicious new menu serving fresh sub sandwich meal deals for only £6.99! Add this to your online booking or treat yourself during your session. Contactless payment preferred.
• Barista coffees and other snacks will be available from the Grind Bar.
• Disabled participants with carers are requested to email enquiries@adrenalinealley.co.uk before booking. PPE is compulsory for carers at all times, we can provide this on request.
• Cleaning; During your visit a cleaning team will be in action and we will close for 30 minutes between sessions. Staying all day? You are welcome to use our outdoor plaza/pump track during this time (weather permitting). Our session times have been updated to allow for this.
• Our foam pit in building 2 will be temporarily transformed into an awesome step-up and the new foam pit in building 1 will not be opened until measures can be relaxed.

We have adapted and introduced new sessions as well as an additional late-night event to try and accommodate as many people as we can safely. We have listened to you through our survey (405 respondents) and have taken your comments, thoughts and ideas into consideration. For this reason, we are removing the facial recognition system and replacing it with a more customer friendly instant access system. Please pre-book your session online and we will be there to assist you with instant access. Thank you to all those who took the time to respond helping us to plan and reopen.
