We know that all our reopening measures will not please everyone but it is essential that we provide a safe environment for all customers and staff, adhere to Government guidelines and cover our costs.

For these reasons, session times have been adapted to allow for our thorough daily cleaning routine and new sessions have been added so we can safely accommodate as many people as possible. To enable the charity to remain sustainable while operating at limited capacity (reducing average footfall by 55%) we have had to implement temporary but unavoidable increases to our session prices. Every measure has been taken to keep our prices as affordable as possible but covering the costs of reopening a facility of our size with visitor numbers limited to 45% of our normal footfall has resulted in these hard decisions being made by the Board of Trustees. During this time, customers will receive the added benefit of the parks being far less busy than usual, even on the weekend.

We have compared our reopening prices to other indoor parks and per hour they are very similar, this is still a challenging time and the industry is in need of your support. If out current price structure does not suit you, please accept our apologies and we will continue to strive forward and reduce our prices back to normal in due course so we can welcome you back soon.
