This partnership brings together the worlds of sport and food in a unique collaboration, enhancing our catering experience for riders/skaters and anyone accompanying them at Europe’s largest action sports venue.

As part of this exciting partnership, Blackstone has equipped Adrenaline Alley with two state-of-the-art griddles and a full range of outdoor cooking accessories. These advanced flat-top griddles will boost our catering capabilities by enabling outdoor cooking right beside our exterior park areas. On busy days and during events, we will use the griddles to open an additional food outlet, easing pressure on the Drop-In Diner and reducing customer wait times for hot food at peak times.

Blackstone’s innovative griddles will also enable us to expand our menu with exciting new dishes while increasing the output of the existing favourites on offer at the Drop-In Diner, such as our signature burgers and jumbo hot dogs. Thanks to the versatility of the Blackstone griddles, we can serve a large number of visitors efficiently, offering fresh, delicious meals that meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
