We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone has the opportunity to participate in our fitness community without being tied to long-term commitments. By offering a PAYG system, we ensure that individuals can visit and access our gym at their convenience, paying only for the sessions they attend. This flexible approach allows individuals of all backgrounds and fitness levels to join us and benefit from our facilities, making fitness accessible to everyone.
Booking your sessions in advance is advised as we have a maximum capacity of 12 people per session. Please use the online booking system above once you have registered. We do accommodate for walk-ins to pay on the door but this will be subject to availability. To check if a session has availability, the remaining spaces are displayed in real-time by the booking calendar above.
Simply making that first visit is the start of doing something amazing, but we believe that embarking on a Your Journey program is our most beneficial offer due to its all-inclusive approach.
An experienced coach will always be there and more than happy to help or advise you.
This depends on your ability and fitness level, speak to one of our experienced coaches and they will advise you once you have been inducted.
Absolutely, the Innerva power-assisted exercise machines we use at A.I.M offer a valuable solution for individuals with disabilities, providing numerous benefits for their health and well-being. These machines are designed to assist individuals with disabilities in engaging in safe and effective exercise, tailored to their specific needs.
Of course, carers are more than welcome to accompany our visitors. There is no charge for them unless they decide to also participate in exercise.
By incorporating Innerva power-assisted exercise machines into the rehabilitation process, individuals can benefit from controlled movements, targeted muscle activation, gradual progression, and joint-friendly exercises. It’s important for individuals in rehab to consult with healthcare professionals or physical therapists to determine the most appropriate and effective use of the power-assisted exercise machines based on their specific rehabilitation needs and goals.
You may be asked to seek advice depending on the answers you give us on your Health PAR Q. Serious conditions may require a referral/letter to exercise from a GP.
