The John Chard-Young Legacy Fund has donated £500 to Teamwork Trust for the installation of some exquisite new planters at Swan Gardens, a Corby-based housing facility that provides extra care. These captivating planters, thoughtfully crafted by Dean Bash of Ready Steady Grow, have breathed new vitality into the outdoor spaces for all the residents to enjoy.

The dedicated team at Swan Gardens consistently demonstrate their commitment to enhance the quality of life of all their residents. Our appreciation is also deeply personal, as Kate, John's grandmother, became a resident at Swan Gardens earlier this year and the staff have truly gone the extra mile to ensure her comfort and happiness after a challenging time in her life.
