FUNDING SECURED FOR DISABILITY COURSE

5th May 2022

In our pursuit to always go the extra mile to ensure the facility is accessible for all, we are pleased to announce that thanks to the Cecil Pettit Fund via the Northamptonshire Community Foundation, we have secured £4996 to introduce a new disability course. This will allow us to offer specialist training sessions for people with disabilities.

Four One Four Skateparks have already started designing the new addition which will consist of mobile features that can be placed in existing park areas during training sessions. In addition to making participation more accessible, the course will help disabled participants develop new skills to tackle everyday challenges when out and about.

The project is due for completion in October 2022 and more details including course plans and disability session times will be released soon.
