This Easter holiday we’re excited to kick off a Crowdfunder to support our latest project to serve the action sports community.
Rampside Rooms will be affordable on-site accommodation right next to the park. Every year, over 100,000 visitors travel to us from across the UK and beyond. However, we know that finding a place to stay nearby can be difficult and expensive, especially for families and younger riders.
What is Rampside Rooms?
The goal is simple, to create a “home-from-home” just steps away from the ramps. We’re creating safe, practical, and comfortable rooms designed specifically for our community of riders, skaters, and anyone accompanying them.
By providing beds from as little as £12.50 per person, per night, we want to make multi-day trips possible for everyone. Rampside Rooms will allow people to spend less time travelling and more time enjoying the sports the love at our world-class skatepark.
Your Support Really Helps
This is a big project and, as a registered charity, we can’t do this alone. We’ve always been shaped by our community, and we need your help to reach our target and make this next chapter a reality. Every penny you can give will go directly into the construction of Rampside Rooms.
How You Can Get Involved:
- Donate via Crowdfunder: Every contribution, no matter if it’s big or small, gets us closer to the target and helps build momentum.
- Sponsor a Space: For those able to make a bigger donation you can see your name featured in the new site! If you raise or donate £250 you can have your name on a bed, or for £750 you can name one of the 24 rooms.
- Get a private session at the park with one of these top athletes/influencers as a reward for a £1000 donation: Jayden Sharman (2 x Scooter World Champion), Kieran Reilly (BMX FS Silver Medallist), Declan Brooks (BMX FS Bronze Medallist), Stefani Nurding (Skateboard Influencer), or Spanner (Scooter Influencer).
